Usually made in a small (lowball) glass with ice cubes
- Add a glassful of ice cubes - Pour 1 & 1/2 oz. Brandy - Pour 3/4 oz. Galliano
Mixed drinks served with ice require little or no stirring or shaking. Stirring can cause ice to melt and dilute the alcohol and sometimes taste. Add alcohol first and then add the mixer (soda, water, etc).
