Long Island Iced Tea



Usually made in a tall glass with ice cubes

- Add glassful of ice cubes
- Pour 3/4 oz. Sweet Sour Mix
- Pour 3/4 oz. Gin
- Pour 3/4 oz. Vodka
- Pour 3/4 oz. Rum
- Pour 3/4 oz. Triple Sec
- Add a dash of Coke for coloring only - too much will ruin the drink

Mixed drinks served with ice require little or no stirring or shaking. Stirring can cause ice to melt and dilute the alcohol and sometimes taste. Add alcohol first and then add the mixer (soda, water, etc).
