Usually made in a tall (highball) glass with ice cubes
- Add a glassful of ice cubes - Pour 2 oz. Rum - Add 1 tsp of Powered Sugar - Add several dashes of Lemon Juice - Fill half way with Club Soda - Fill remaining half with Ginger Ale
Decorate with a Lemon Peel or Wedge
Mixed drinks served with ice require little or no stirring or shaking. Stirring can cause ice to melt and dilute the alcohol and sometimes taste. Add alcohol first and then add the mixer (soda, water, etc).
